I’m so ugly I couldn’t ever even put my picture up on here.
seriously girls, you are all beautiful just the way you are.
want to know the secret to being skinny. Eat what you like, but eat in moderation. snack on fruit cause they take more calories to burn than they would put into your body. exercise, but don’t excerise obsessively, and stay off the…
I really disagree with your post for one main reason - “guys like girls with curves” - which is something I see people saying A LOT. I’m not trying to be aggressive/a troll/a crazy bitch, but I’d like to present some ideas that I myself have about pro-skinny stuff. First of all, we should strive to make a positive body image for ourselves and our physical and mental health, not because we want boys to like us. Secondly, my boyfriend loves skinny girls with boyish frames, and I know guys who like their girls curvy, and others who like them obese. I’m attracted to skinny guys and girls. There’s no real ideal shape since we all have our own preferences. Different strokes. Thirdly, we all have different motivations for posting the content we do, and not all of them are sinister. I myself have a blog full of skinny, beautiful women, because that is the aesthetic I love and use in my art.
I have body dysmorphia, but not because I’ve been looking at said images (which is a more recent thing), but because I was teased for years for being too skinny and ugly by girls who said things like “only dogs want bones”. After gaining weight, I am trying to lose it again but through healthy ways (such as what you have described in your post), and I’m sure many people who are pro-skinny are healthy about it too. Models like Hanne Gaby Odeile helped me realise that you don’t need to be classically good-looking to be beautiful.
I hope this didn’t come across as an attack, because I don’t mean it to be. I just want to put it out there that not all pro-skinny blogs are evil and linked with eating disorders.

I know this is not the kind of thing that I post about on here, but I’d like to occasionally rant on here every now and then.
Looking for work within the animal welfare industry I found this in an article from a nation-wide pet welfare organisation.
Did you know that some well known Australian animal groups are actually campaigning to ban you from owning your pet? Did you know that some animal activist groups are trying to convert your kids into becoming vegans?
Did you know that some Australian animal groups want to stop you from using natural products like wool and leather in favour of synthetic products based on oil? That they want to ban you from eating your BBQ sausages, giving your kid a glass of milk and having eggs and bacon for breakfast?

It just baffles me that so many people will devote their lives to working for animals, but only if they’re cute*. I’m not usually someone who wants to pick fights for other people who want to make positive change for animals, but I can’t stand this mentality, especially as they are trying to belittle the work of people who actually give a fuck about animals’ rights.
Also lots of shelters and rescue groups seem to like to have sausage sizzles to raise money. Why not just bake some vegan goodies (and don’t tell the general public that they’re vegan until after they compliment them on how great they are)? I don’t want to eat a cow to save a cat.
Some people.
* For the record I think cows are adorable but most people don’t seem to think so or we wouldn’t eat as many as we do. Case in point:
Ten random facts huh? It’s hard to think of ten facts randomly, but here goes:
